Set Your Pickup and Delivery Preferences

Choose when and where you want your laundry picked up. Our pickup and delivery service runs twice a week, and you can set it as either a one-time request or a recurring schedule.

Bag Your Items

Place your clothes in your Woshbox Cleaners laundry bag. If it’s your first time, just use any clean bag or trash bag—we’ll swap it out for a Woshbox bag when we deliver your order.

Leave It Out for Pickup

On the scheduled day, leave your bag in the spot you selected by 8:00 am. No need to be home.

Track Your Order in Real Time

Use your portal to see what’s being cleaned, when it’s coming back, and get alerts when it’s on the way. Total peace of mind.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Click "Schedule Pickup" on our website. Choose your day, enter your info, and you're all set in under a minute.

Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

We pick up and drop off at your front door, porch, or another safe location you select during scheduling.

Can I choose my delivery day?

Yes—available delivery and return times appear when you book depending on your address. VIP Prime members get priority and faster slots.

How will I know my scheduled pickup and delivery days?

We send you confirmation by text and email. You'll also get status updates throughout the process.

What if I need a special pickup or delivery time?

No problem—use your customer portal or contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if I forget to leave my clothes ready for collection?

At Woshbox, we value and respect the time of our customers and our team. If an order is not available at the agreed location and time, a failed pickup fee of $15 USD will be applied. To resolve the situation, please contact us immediately or use your customer portal to reschedule your service as soon as possible. We are ready to serve you!
