You all have heard of an emergency kit- first aid kit and even emergency bridal kits, but we’re here to introduce to you an emergency stain kit!
It seems like the only time I spill something on my shirt is when I wear white… As a mom, my child is constantly spill things on her clothes- even fruit stain. Fruit stains are probably one of the parts stains to remove as it is a natural dye.
Here are some different type of stains and how to remove it if you are not near a cleaner.
- Crayon: coat the area with liquid detergent and let the garment sit overnight.
- Pencil marks: use a clean eraser and rub back and forth gently. Apply detergent to stain. Rinse and then machine wash.
- Ink stains: Using a paper towel, apply rubbing alcohol onto the stain. Dab stain with a clean cloth until the stain is no longer visible. Rinse thoroughly with liquid detergent and wash in the washing machine in hot temperature.
Now, as of fruit and any other stains, I have bought Miss Mouth’s Messy Eater Stain Removal on Amazon and this stuff works. Again, not all stains are removal, but this removal takes away most stains and uses safe ingredients, so it’s safe to use even on toddler clothes. So instead of having 10 mini items in your mini emergency kit, all you need is this one spray bottle in your bag!
When all else fails, bring it to Woshbox! We’re always here to help!
